We were not sure exactly which vehicle we wanted to replace our 328 and we were considering buying out that car as well. Erick helped us through the entire process and explained all options clearly and concisely; we finally decided on the X3. The entire purchase experience was pleasant and relaxed, exactly as we prefer it! Erick tolerated multiple visits, and test drives, to the dealership without pressure or hassle.
