I can’t say enough about our experience at Ocala BMW. My wife and I were 120 miles into our Sarasota to Baltimore drive on a Saturday around 1 pm when the coolant warning appeared. My wife contacted the nearest BMW dealership which happened to be Ocala. Cynthia Lebron was amazing and told us to bring the car in that afternoon. The problem was diagnosed as needing a new water pump. A time consuming job. The parts were ordered immediately and the work finished promptly. Cynthia even navigated the process with our outside extended warranty policy for us. Ocala BMW provided outstanding service to us in an extremely difficult circumstance. Top notch, welcoming customer service all around! More

I had an appointment at 8:30am for an oil change & requested a new set of tires. I inquired about the time frame and was told around 4 hours to complete my request. I was offered a courtesy shuttle and left after making it very clear that I needed my car as soon as possible. Around 2:00pm I made multiple calls to try to find out the status of my vehicle and finally I received a text saying my car would be available for pick up between 4:00-5:00pm. They did not put on a new set of tires and all that they completed in the 8 1/2 hours that they had my vehicle was an oil change. I do not recommend using this dealership and I will take my business elsewhere. More
