I had my car in service for about five days for Two really simple issues that could’ve taken a few hours. The first time I brought it in after calling and scheduling an appointment and being very clear about what the issues were, they didn’t have a loaner available. I had to come back days later when a loaner was available those little inconveniences when you’re dealing with a high-end brand or something that I expect More
