Worst place to get your car serviced at, Dakota was the advisor that helped me and i have never been so disappointed in BMW and there customer service, i brought in my 2013 BMW 335i for warranty because it advisor that helped me and i have never been so disappointed in BMW and there customer service, i brought in my 2013 BMW 335i for warranty because it was having issues with fuel injectors, spark plugs, coil packs, charge pipe, oil pan gasket, and transmission issues. I talked to Dakota about my extended warranty and he told me not an issue i should have my car back before my trip (which was in 10 days). I tried calling 3 days before to see how things were going and no response for three days from Dakota, the 10th day i call him and he finally picks up says hasn’t called my warranty yet, xxx, who tf does that. I let another week go by no call or anything about my car, i called for another 3 days and still no response from Dakota, so i ended up calling my warranty to see if they put a ticket in for my vehicle they tell me no one from BMW has called them at all about my vehicle, so i drive to BMW and ask the service manager “Mark” what the xxxx is going on with my car and when tf are you going to call my warranty? He says you’ll have a call about my vehicle tomorrow (mind you this is week 3). So i wait for that call, what do you know no f***ing call, so i call the hotline and ask for someone to help me they get a hold of the store manager which was super helpful because after 4 weeks Dakota finally called my warranty, so then i finally get a call about my vehicle when its gonna projected to be done (another 2 weeks) so i call on the Tuesday when its supposed to be done, Dakota tells me its not gonna be done till tomorrow after telling me and promising me it will be done on Tuesday. after 6 weeks of no vehicle at all i get it back finally but when i get it back i have pieces missing off my front bumper that I didn’t till i got home and then after 2 days i tried calling back because they still didn’t fix my issues with my car after they said they did, i have never had BMW do that to me ever and then instead of calling me back they send me a review of how they did. Worst place ever take it up to seattle or bellvue if you can. More
The service at BMW Lynnwood was first class. They finished exactly as promised and my car was cleaned for me. The service manager was also very efficient getting me into the shop. I had a really nice experience here. Very fair pricing, and easy negotiations. They even went above and beyond for me to make sure I had a loaner when the car was delayed by a few days.
