I’m done with BMW. Glitchy garbage and service treats you like you’re an idiot. Instead of empathizing and listening; dealer just blames the owner. so many things have gone wrong and service doesn’t believe like you’re an idiot. Instead of empathizing and listening; dealer just blames the owner. so many things have gone wrong and service doesn’t believe you. It’s annoying. Not worth my time nor the money. My 2016 430i was great, but my 2018 X3 and 2019 330 are trash. I could possibly overlook the glitches if service took my concerns seriously. I’m done. More

I wanted to share that my experience was above and beyond professional!! My service advisor was Paullie and he went above and beyond to keep me informed and also to work around my schedule. In addition when I arrived a man whose name I do not recall but he came out almost jogging with a refreshing welcome and smashed my name and also asked if I would like a beverage. He asked who my advise was and I shared t was Paullie and gentleman shared he was helping another customer but that he had another service advantage sir who also was extremely cordial and was on top of my service. A completely impressive experience that went above and beyond in today’s world! WELL DONE!!! More
