My wife and I were traveling thru the KC area when we had a tire puncture on our BMW X6. It was late in the day and we looked up the nearest BMW Service and headed to BMW of KC South. We were greeted prompt a tire puncture on our BMW X6. It was late in the day and we looked up the nearest BMW Service and headed to BMW of KC South. We were greeted promptly by Norm Michael in the service department and explained our predicament. Without hesitation he had our car pulled into the shop, found the puncture and checked availability of a replacement tire. They had one in stock and luckily we took advantage of the BMW Ultimate Protection Bundle when we purchased our car so we signed our name and we’re back on the road in less than an hour! I can’t thank Norm and the team enough for saving our road trip!! More

I put a deposit on a car they had I was very interested in and was told that the car was marked as sold and I had a week that they would hold the car for. Immediately rushed to sell my car locally for not in and was told that the car was marked as sold and I had a week that they would hold the car for. Immediately rushed to sell my car locally for not the best price and then dent BMW of Kansas City South a bill of sale of the car to show good faith. I then the next day was told by their manager Justin that a for sold sticker was never put on the car and the car was sold last night. The salesperson I had who assured me the car was marked sold was a Brennan Wunderly. Unbelievably unprofessional dealership. More
The windshield washer on my X5 wasn’t working, but they were able to find and solve the problem. They also found that the battery had died and replaced it.
