I would prefer better customer waiting areas, for example, not meaning a high dollar chair, I mean refreshments, borrowed cars while you wait or rides to a nearby restaurant, this is no where near the customer service at Lexus, Toyota and Infiniti . Also at my request I asked for new windshield wiper blades, I was given a long speech of why they can’t be given until I hit the exact year for my previous blades. That’s very chinchy More

To have bought the car on a 72 month finance would have been about the same as I was paying for the lease car. To me it just made sense to buy the new car. More
