Very dissatisfied!!!!! Very upset!!!! I did a diagnostic and ask what needed to be done to fix the screen and it’s comments. I was told I needed one part and a software update to fix this I did a diagnostic and ask what needed to be done to fix the screen and it’s comments. I was told I needed one part and a software update to fix this issue for a certain price. Then after I do this, I’m told I need to spend another $1000 to buy another part and then everything will work. I do this and then when I pick up car I’m told I have to come up with more money for a map Dvd was my make the Navi work when they knew that was a main reason I was fixing the idrive; so they could’ve given me accurate costs upfront so I could make the right choice. Additionally I got home and what I just spent almost $1400 to gain the date and time in the screen basically, otherwise everything else is not working properly or efficiently. I spent 2 hours late last night trying to change the raidio station. I feel lied to and taken for granted and if someone doesn’t refund my money or fix these issues once and for all out of BMW costs since they dropped the ball, I will be contacting the BBB at minimum! More

Unprofessional and irresponsible with customer vehicles. I brought my car in for diagnostics, and to fix a recall issue. I paid $100 for diagnostics on my blower motor, and arranged for repair. Once I brought my car in for repair, the service manager “discovered” physical damage in my car that he “did not notice” when they took my dash apart the first time, and tried to charge me $1400 more to repair my car. After refusing the repair, it took two days to get my car back, and once it was returned i noticed a penny sized crack in my dashboard. I recieved no paperwork after the failed repair, and my wood panel on my dash is loose. This was the most I unprofessional service i have EVER witnessed in any dealership, and I will NEVER bring my business back to this establishment. More

Very friendly staff! Took our car to another shop was told a very large amount to repair our X3. Had a bad feeling so I took it to BMW..
