Falls short on exspectations Service rep is fine but was told car was fixed got in it was dirty. Low tire light on. Drive it 2 miles drivetrain malfunction light came Service rep is fine but was told car was fixed got in it was dirty. Low tire light on. Drive it 2 miles drivetrain malfunction light came on! Took it back to dealer after 20 min said 10 min fthey fund problem will be done in 10 min hour and 40 min later i had to ask ! Seems to be fixed now but car has 75k miles last year alone i spend 10k at this dealership ! I dont have much faith in service or bmw as a brand. More

Double pot hole blow out I have never been so impressed with a dealership. From the call to the op center, your preparedness, your welcome, offer to run and buy us lunch, the I have never been so impressed with a dealership. We were heading back to STL when this happened and had to make an comittmentc we had later that night. Close to Perfect “Close to perfect” sumerizes my experience with Paul and Derek. Due to the weather that day, Derek (my normal advisor) was not able to take care of me “Close to perfect” sumerizes my experience with Paul and Derek. Due to the weather that day, Derek (my normal advisor) was not able to take care of me during my drop off of my car. Paul stepped up to the plate and swung the bat, by seamlessly taking over and explaining what work would be done on my car. It would of been a perfect experience except.....I have seen the inside of your garage a little to often lately. this is an odd review for unscheduled maintenance. More
