Great experience I returned my BMW 5 Series here at end of lease, and leased an X5. The price is lower than that of two other BMW dealerships. Derek and Heather treated me really well, and the whole process, both return of my old BMW and lease of my new C5, went on really smoothly and pleasant. Their GM also came to me a couple of times, introduced himself and offer to help if needed. It’s both professional and personal. I would rate my experience and this dealership a solid 10. More

Great pre-owned purchase experience! I purchased a pre-owned vehicle (non-BMW) from BMW of Crystal Lake and worked with Tyler and Derek. I drove the vehicle a few hundred miles a couple I purchased a pre-owned vehicle (non-BMW) from BMW of Crystal Lake and worked with Tyler and Derek. I drove the vehicle a few hundred miles a couple of days after the purchase and noticed a loud noise which was a bad front right wheel bearing. The repair was performed at a different dealer, and Derek agreed to work with me, and offer assistance on the repair. Good experience. More
