Got a great car at a great price but it took forever. They were nice, friendly but very slow and a little disorganized. It was almost two hours before I actually got to see the car that I drove 80 miles They were nice, friendly but very slow and a little disorganized. And when my offer and financing was approved, it was almost another two hours until I met with the business manager. There was also a discount that I was lead to believe would be applied in full but was then reduced by half until I objected. Not the best buying experience. More

I consider myself a BMW groupie because I have been driving BMW's since the 80's. I had faith that my 2007 X3 with 175,000 miles would go the distance to 300,000. This would not happen without investing thousands to correct major problems resulting in my major complaint with BMW of Crystal Lake. I was ill advised to keep my 2007. I was ready to purchase a Toyota simply because of the low maintenance. But then I spoke with Derrick thanks to the perseverance of Leah and he truly listened to my complaints. He researched the problem and his major concern was to restore my faith in the BMW product. Well done Derrick! You set me up with Heather. Heather has the skills of a professional counselor, educator and trusted advisor. She worked some magic for me. Found EXACTLY the X3 I wanted right down to the year 2017. I felt this dealership truly cared about my emotional connection to BMW and went out of their way to insure my loyalty to the product would continue. Wrapping up my experience (kudos to the finance guy) I met with Michelle. This one, like Heather, is gifted in bridging the generation gap. The patience she demonstrated "teaching" technology was unparalleled. More
