When the new vehicle was delivered, the many features were patiently demonstrated. I dropped my car off at the dealer for my 10am appointment on Saturday, 3/15 because my check engine light was on, but as of that morning it had gone off. I checked the gas cap a few times during appointment on Saturday, 3/15 because my check engine light was on, but as of that morning it had gone off. I checked the gas cap a few times during the week and even got gas twice and the light was still on and it never went off. I had not heard an update from anyone and it was 12:45 so I called. The person I spoke to was Matt and he said they JUST hooked my car up to the scanner and would be calling shortly with an update I said great and went on with my day. By 3 I still had not heard any update so I called again and had to leave a message. Matt called back and told me that they scanned my car and it was a loose gas cap or possible leak detected which was causing the check engine light to come on. Either way, nothing was wrong. I find it absolutely ridiculous that I had to call twice in a 5 hour span to get an update on my car when nothing was even wrong. I feel like I was taken advantage of a little bit because I dropped my car off. I feel if I had been waiting there it would've been a quick service call and I would've been in and out. I lease my car from Anderson and I have only had it in there twice for service since 2011 when I got my car for this exact reason. The service just takes way too long. More

Max is very friendly, funny and definitely the guy to go to. The dealership gave me an unbeatable trade in value. I went to a few other dealerships before this one and there is no comparison. On top of the awesome trade in value, I got the BEST price for my vehicle. I still can’t believe that I got it at such a great deal. I would definitely recommend this place and I am definitely going to come back for my future purchases. More
