Out of town buyer I found a perfect vehicle at this dealership but happened to live about 6.5 hours away. I started my search via emails with the dealership and they we I found a perfect vehicle at this dealership but happened to live about 6.5 hours away. I started my search via emails with the dealership and they were very responsive. The even aided me in sending me additional photos because no photos were online yet because the car had just been acquired as a trade in. They pulled it in that night and sent me every photo that I asked for. When inquiring about the CARFAX that was not posted online they emailed it to me directly. I thought I didn’t receive it but it had gone to my junk mailbox. I had one hesitation about buying the vehicle but when we spoke on the phone they offered to send me even more records on the car. Nick and Leah were extremely helpful and it’s wasnt a high pressure sales situation and I appreciated that as well as communicating with me via text and email most of the time because that is what works for me. Once I pulled the trigger they even offered to meet me half way to pick up the car. They made it to me a little late but that was because of a horrible snow storm they drive through. Luckily all of us made it home safely and the car arrived looking great despite its journey. Once I got home I realized that one of the rear floor mats was missing and Nick sent me a new set along with a bmw key chain as a happy birthday gift. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with buying car. Thank you to Nick, Leah and the entire staff that helped pull off this wonderful experience. Keep up the great work! More
No Stress, Pleasant Experience I researched cars on and off for over a year and test drove four before keying in on a pre-owned BMW X1 at BMW of Crystal Lake. After the first test drive I was excited, so we took the SUV for an extended drive during some awful Northern Illinois winter weather. My mind was made up, this was the car I'd been looking for. We worked with Bob Miller. During the entire process from test drive to negotiations to paperwork, he was mellow, professional, pleasant and treated both my husband and me with respect. We had been to the dealership months earlier to look at a car that ultimately wasn't right for me. This was our second visit. Both times, everyone we talked to (Leah, Derek, Michelle, Bob) were helpful, informative, NOT pushy and the kind of people that made us want to do business with them. More

Derek and his team by far exceeded my expectations. From the courteous and respectful staff to the condition my vehicle was returned to me was second to none. When you purchase a luxury vehicle you have a certain level of expectations and my experience completely goes above and beyond what I expected. Bravo Derek to you and your team!
