I visited multiple BMW dealerships in San Diego and southern Orange County on my quest to find a 328i sedan that I was satisfied option & price wise. I was turned off by all of these dealerships due to being a teenager, I was not taken seriously. I contacted Juan Duff at BMW of Encinitas through the Internet sales department and couldn't be happier. I received excellent customer service from the minute I walked into the dealership all the way through singing the paperwork in the financing department.
