Our experience at BMW Escondido was exceptional. Our client advisor Jeremy Shadburn was professional, knowledgable, and attentive. He listened to what we wanted and showed us what he had available. He was able to quickly and effectively provide us with the price we were looking to pay without any back-and-forth haggling over price. It is solely the experience we had due to the efforts of Jeremy that will bring us back to this dealership as long as he is still working with them. The only portion of our experience that I would grade poorly was strictly due to the finance department. I was not financing my vehicle with BMW. The first individual we worked with seemed overwhelmed and his knowledge of the process was below average. The second individual demonstrated terrible customer service, unwilling to go the extra mile with a phone call to his finance superiors to ensure we had everything we needed regarding the sale. Instead he provided a phone number and basically said "good luck". This is the same individual that played loud music during our time in the sales office, while we were trying to complete the sale. It was a very unprofessional environment in the finance office. More
