I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in Sept of 2017. I have still to receive my DMV registration. When I call I get absolutely no help. I also purchased an extended service plan, and was never provided I have still to receive my DMV registration. When I call I get absolutely no help. From my POV the service at this location is horrible. More

I currently have three leased cars from BMW of Encinitas. Leases are up on two of them in a few months. Will go to another BMW dealership to lease my next cars. More

Worst Car buying Experience Ever would not recommend buying online from this company. I had to sign 4 contracts, bmw encinitas and metrogistics (the courier company) had no idea where my car was for a week, telling me the car was in route to GA but all the time it was still in California. Took them a month to send the vehicle.(8/05/2017)Date i received it. They send it with no temporary tag, so after waiting a month to receive the vehicle i still cant drive it, and I paid to have them register the tag but when i checked with the tag office in Ga, 8/11 there is no record of them even filling to register my tag. SMH More

Whenever the deal hit an impasse, Justin was very fair in making sure that we could reach an agreement. Financing: This was an unusually simple process and I was in and out of the financing office in less than half an hour. I appreciate the professionalism of Eddie and his staff. Delivery: The crew at BMW of Encinitas delivered on all of their promises regarding delivery of the vehicle, and even detailed the vehicle and filled up the tank. Beauty is skin deep. Everybody smiles and looks buff wearing expensive clothes and pretends to be nice. Five days later, it is still sitting on their lot. When I asked detailed questions about title and document procedures, they told multiple lies before settling on a story. My criticism of sloppy procedures was met with this from the manager: "Don't buy this car, go somewhere else." I should have taken his advice. More

Called around 4 to ask if my car was ready, I was told no and they would call back to let me know the status. Never called, I showed up 30 minutes before they closed, but, they decided to close early. I had to take off work Monday to get my car and when I arrived I asked to speak to the manager and was told he would be right out. 45 min later I had to leave as he was avoiding obviously me. When I finally got to work I called to speak to him and was told he wasn't at his desk but would return my call. Its been 4 hours. More
