These guys are the best! They actually care! Communication is excellent and they don’t rip you off! This place is awesome! The people were friendly, my service advisor was very informative and communicative. We were chasing an issue that other locations were not able to diagnose but after a few visit service advisor was very informative and communicative. Keith and his team were, as usual, excellent to deal with. Keith was friendly, professional and clearly explained the work that needed to be done. He also arranged for a last-minute service loaner. The work was done quickly and I had the X3 back the next day. My only complaints are that someone had REALLY dirty feet and the driver's side floor mat was covered in black, dirty footprints. Some Folex cleaned it up, but I shouldn't have to do that. Also, the 'car wash' is never really complete and I had to clean some missed brake dust spots off the wheels. Keith is an outstanding service writer and I always feel comfortable entrusting our cars to him. More
