Bought a used Audi from BMW Carlsbad, Demetrio our salesperson was zero pressure and very helpful as we looked at everything they had on the lot. We were 600 miles away and had the repair done at an Audi dealer. Upon our return, BMW of Carlsbad and Auto Nation reimbursed for the repairs!
