Writing this review because I wasted my time and energy on the phone with BMW Encinitas. I contacted them regarding a vehicle that was located at their dealership and asked them to provide me with the deta on the phone with BMW Encinitas. I contacted them regarding a vehicle that was located at their dealership and asked them to provide me with the details about the car. I was genuinely interested in buying the vehicle but the salesperson (Tamonea S.) only seemed interested in making the appointment, not the sale, which is probably her only job. I told her multiple times that the only way I'd drive up there the next morning would be if she can verify the terms of the lease. I gave her my full name, number, email address and let her know multiple times the only way I would make the 30-40 minute drive to Encinitas the next morning would be if I had the lease details that night. It's the next morning and I don't have anything. I'm very disappointed, especially because I made it so clear and would have liked to have my new car today. More
