Very poor service. Came in as scheduled, had to wait for the contact employee to get off his phone for 15 minutes. Very poor communication in terms of the scope of the Came in as scheduled, had to wait for the contact employee to get off his phone for 15 minutes. Very poor communication in terms of the scope of the work (here's a menu, pick what you want), the expected time it would take and did not offer a loaner even though the work would have spilled over two days. The customer interaction area is a depressing run down office with awkward silence silence and, frankly, a bunch of guys that are just not good at interacting with customers. I decided to take the car to another BMW dealership instead. More

I've been seeing Kristopher for my vehicle for a few years now and he has always been great to work with. Although I have an older vehicle, he makes me feel like I have the latest model. Though the prices are what one would expect at a dealer, the service and work are very good. No drama, very clean and professional. the service and work are very good. No drama, very clean and professional. More
