Due to engine light on dashboard indicating an emissions issue, I had to take the car in twice--first for diagnostic check and then for installation of new catalytic converter. This dealership is typical, and I found my buying experience to be a bit of a hassle. It took hours longer than expected, and in the end, I can’t really say that I’m terribly satisfied.
