I bought a 2 year old certified pre owned BMW here in December and paid top dollar because it was a rare car that I had been looking for for a long time. I noticed that the car had had the front and rear December and paid top dollar because it was a rare car that I had been looking for for a long time. I noticed that the car had had the front and rear bumpers painted, and though I noticed the paint work wasn't very good I understand that it's a used car and it won't be perfect. Additionally, there were several pieces of interior trim that were damaged, but I figured I could fix that on my own. Six months later, the paint was falling off both bumpers. My BMW dealership in Visalia actually cares about their customers and had all of the interior trim replaced under warrranty. I called and emailed BMW of Encinitas and though my salesman was helpful the used car manager did not even have the decency to respond to my concerns. I worked in the car business for many years, and it is unacceptable to have this kind of shoddy work done on a very expensive Certified used car. I will not be going back, and will not recommend this dealership to any of my dozens of friends and family in the San Diego area. More

Service department had some promos and Mike was able to give me some discounts on a minor repair needed. I ended up spending not much more than if I took it to a non-dealer auto shop.
