Lacks professionalism and basic communication skills. Over 4.5 in service for a simple oil and air filter change. I was told it would take 90 minutes. No call phone call to say it was done. So I go back in, and they took forever to bring it around, my car change. I was told it would take 90 minutes. No call phone call to say it was done. So I go back in, and they took forever to bring it around, my car had four miles on it, and smelled funny. Which is beyond frustrating when it is a high end M Competition that I baby! I do NOT appreciate some dude taking my car for a joy ride, worst BMW dealership/service center I’ve been to. I take incredible care of my car, and will not take it back here. Sketchy and horrible service experience. More
