I am a long-term customer at BMW Encinitas. Both purchasing and servicing my vehicles. Years ago the service technicians resolved a problem another local BMW service center was repeatedly stymie purchasing and servicing my vehicles. Years ago the service technicians resolved a problem another local BMW service center was repeatedly stymied by. I have been taking my cars here for service ever since. In addition to the smart service team, we customers are treated extremely well. The service managers (shout out to Arthur for the latest service) go all out to make sure I understand the service needed, and that I am comfortable. Communication is excellent. There are choices in patio or indoor seating areas and a small dog park. A choice of freshly ground Starbucks coffees, wifi. Or get courtesy car drive service, or take a loaner BMW home. Most importantly, I know my car is in the best of hands. More

Sales experience was great. Nick was knowledgeable and took great care of us. He also didn’t hesitate to help me when I came in with a service dog. We even test drove cars with my service dog! Lacks professionalism and basic communication skills. They’ll tell you they can get the work done to get your car into the shop just to tell you there’s multiple issues with the car they sold you not eve They’ll tell you they can get the work done to get your car into the shop just to tell you there’s multiple issues with the car they sold you not even a month ago. They’ve done nothing to make it right and have drawn out the warranty process for weeks. Do NOT buy a car from this stealership. They only want your money. More

Over 4.5 in service for a simple oil and air filter change. I was told it would take 90 minutes. No call phone call to say it was done. So I go back in, and they took forever to bring it around, my car change. I was told it would take 90 minutes. No call phone call to say it was done. So I go back in, and they took forever to bring it around, my car had four miles on it, and smelled funny. Which is beyond frustrating when it is a high end M Competition that I baby! I do NOT appreciate some dude taking my car for a joy ride, worst BMW dealership/service center I’ve been to. I take incredible care of my car, and will not take it back here. Sketchy and horrible service experience. More
