After I bought the car, the dealer stop communicating. I live in texas we have 30 days to get the title and register the vehicle. Knowing when to expect the title from the dealer is important. I called the dealership and representatives several times since getting back into texas and they put me on hold and say they'll leave a note on the person i need to talk to's desk. I even called and texted the sales guy. Nobody neither the dealership or the rep ever got back with me with any information or to just make sure I had everything i needed. Above that I tried contacting autonation.com the dealership's higher and they say someone from customer.relations@autonation.com will get with me. It's been almost a week. No response no phone call. This is very unnecessary and unprofessional. My intention for posting this is to be transparent about the issues that I had in hopes of their management taking action. More
