I did not receive an update on my car for almost 2 days after dropping it off for service for electrical/radio problems. I was told I would hear back before closing at 7pm, or first thing next morning, at after dropping it off for service for electrical/radio problems. I was told I would hear back before closing at 7pm, or first thing next morning, at the latest. I called several times the 2nd day and left messages. I finally heard back after 4pm the second day. Wish we could have just texted and could get up-to-date feedback. Checking out and picking up my car after service was fast and efficient. More
