I have been going to this dealership for years, when it was formerly named Harloff BMW, and then when it changed its name to BMW Encinitas, and I will follow them when they move to their new location in th was formerly named Harloff BMW, and then when it changed its name to BMW Encinitas, and I will follow them when they move to their new location in the near future. They have never let me down, they have always identified the problem(s) and resolved them, their prices are always fair and customary and their service technicians and their service managers, like Keith Sherman, are first class all the way through, without exception.
