The purchase was easy and the people were very friendly. I had been looking all over the internet for this car. My radius was 50 miles from my home. I took my car in to BMW Encinitas because of a noise in the sunroof when closed. The service advisor was knowledgeable and professional. He reassured me that the problem would be taken care of. I was kept the sunroof when closed. The service advisor was knowledgeable and professional. He reassured me that the problem would be taken care of. Issue with my brakes was resolved by the technician who road with us to hear the squeak we are complaining about. They are new break pads and often take some time to be worn in.
