Keith went out of his way to provide service even though I did not have an appointment. He facilitated transportation needs while the vehicle was being serviced. Keith was professional, respectful, and efficient. When purchasing a BMW, the quality speaks for itself. It is important to find an excellent servicing department! More

Jeremy Shadburn is an amazing salesperson and made the process as simple as possible. We agreed on the deal via phone/text and then I came in to finalize the deal/pick up the car. Easiest process I've ever been a part of and we are so happy with the car. No other BMW dealer in the area was as friendly and helpful as BMW Carlsbad. Cannot recommend enough! More

His manager, Justin was also very professional and straightforward. I was able to get a great deal and because it was a demo model, they also took care of making sure the car was in tip-top shape as though it was brand new. They were efficient and fast, Edith in finance had me in and out in 20 minutes. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend BMW of Carlsbad. More
