I dropped my car off for oil change and expected to have it returned on the following day. I received no call that the car was ready and I had to call the service center on the following team. I ended up no it returned on the following day. I received no call that the car was ready and I had to call the service center on the following team. I ended up not getting the car back for 3 days. When it was returned the car was not washed. All in all, one of the poorest service performances I have encountered. More

This dealership is currently relocating from Encinitas to Carlsbad. Definitely, a rough start. First, showed up for appointment to be told not enough staff to perform an oil change. They wanted to keep it ov Carlsbad. Definitely, a rough start. First, showed up for appointment to be told not enough staff to perform an oil change. They wanted to keep it overnight. We chose to reschedule. At rescheduled appt, waited 30 mins past appt time for service advisor while 6 other advisors just sat there with no one in front of them. Upon return to pick up vehicle, car was not washed. I was not told it would not be washed. However, the service person who drove the car up to me told me "they don't have the water on" and "no other dealership will let us use their car wash because they don't like us here" Not sure what that means. Did not feel comfortable with all the cars and people checking in. I thought the staff did a good job of handling the people. When I picked up my car it was in a difficult place to turn around in, could checking in. I thought the staff did a good job of handling the people. When I picked up my car it was in a difficult place to turn around in, could not go forward because of cars in front. The outside of the car did not look clean or freshly washed. It had a large bird poop dropping on the side of the window and the hood of the car had numerous water spots. Hoping the work on the car was better than what I saw picking the car up was. More

This BMW dealership and service center is always the best! They are efficient, friendly, and make everything easy. My only complaint is I wish the service center would have let me know in advance that m best! They are efficient, friendly, and make everything easy. My only complaint is I wish the service center would have let me know in advance that my car would not be able to be washed at the new temporary Carlsbad location. I didn’t know until when they brought the car around to me, but I went back in and mentioned it and they gave me a coupon for a free car wash at a local place. That was nice, but would have been good to know in advance. More
