Brought car in at 10:00 a. m. for a routine check up covered at purchase. Due to a very heavy service day, (which I believe was due to over scheduling), my car was not finishe m. for a routine check up covered at purchase. The first is that my wife and I had to come up to the dealership multiple times due to the finance department forgetting to have us sign some documents. It was not a short drive to coming from south San Diego. Second, the care a I bought immediately had a low tire pressure after leaving the dealer. When I brought it in, the car had a nail in one the tire from before when I bought it. They were unwilling to address the issue or even provide a discount on a new tire! Very frustrating and poor customer service in my opinion. More
