I brought my car in for service because I had an oil leak and it was running rough. They did $2,200 worth of work and when I got it back it was still running rough within a week and still had an oil leak. and it was running rough. Where do I start. First off, the brand new X1 that was about to be delivered to my friend had various scratches on the matte paint and exterior trim that were not seen First off, the brand new X1 that was about to be delivered to my friend had various scratches on the matte paint and exterior trim that were not seen until I took a very close look at the car. The sales manager told me that they would be able to take care of the scratches by buffing out the matte paint. For matte paint you cannot simply buff out scratches. Get your facts straight before offering solutions sir. For the other trim that was damaged, they had to bring it in to BMW of Vista to get that repaired. There was no remorse of how much driving had to be done and time wasted just so that they could fix the mistakes they made. This is a place I would never do business with again. The sales team here is all about money and could care less about customer satisfaction. You’re better off going to any other BMW dealership than here. Don’t let them take your money and waste your time. Do better BMW Carlsbad. More
