Brought car in at 10:00 a. m. for a routine check up covered at purchase. Due to a very heavy service day, (which I believe was due to over scheduling), my car was not finishe m. for a routine check up covered at purchase. When I retrieved the car the next day, I discovered (after I returned home) that the tire pressure cover screws were missing. Also some personal serviceman's items were found in my car. More
