M5 responded

Response: not sure who you are but I called the number and asked to speak with the GM last week. Person said they will have him call me back. I haven't received a response. Just reinforces my recommendation to check your car at pickup and stay away from this dealership if you value your car at all. I just don't trust the people here now. Damage is about $3k+. I would move my review down to 2vststs now but seems I can't.

they did a recall item on my car. and it erased all the settings I had entered into the car's computer.No one mentioned this to me and I was locked out of my security gate and garage! also lost seat , mirror ,and door locking positions.
