Excellent Service I brought 2 of my BMWs into service the first week that BMW Carlsbad moved into their new location. As AutoNation they combined BMW Encinitas and BMW Vista to Auto Center in Carlsbad. E the first week that BMW Carlsbad moved into their new location. As AutoNation they combined BMW Encinitas and BMW Vista to Auto Center in Carlsbad. Everything was wonderful and the first vehicle was completed in less than half the time they estimated. Everybody was friendly and professional with the service manager, Miguel, being absolutely fantastic. Great communication and expectations, the work done quickly and correctly, even the car wash was excellent without the typical water spots you get other places (even car washes). My second vehicle needs more time but I have every confidence that it will be great when complete. The new building is big, open, and modern with a bright and visible service area. They are still dealing with being in a brand new building, so hopefully things will only get even better. It is a pleasure to work with Miguel and the rest of the team in Carlsbad. More

Had an appointment first thing in the morning. I was assigned to employee Omar who was unprofessional. I was told to wait in the lobby area. After 15 minutes he addressed me regarding my vehicle i I was assigned to employee Omar who was unprofessional. I was told to wait in the lobby area. After 15 minutes he addressed me regarding my vehicle in front of customer seating in the lobby, not on his desk where everyone else was asked to go. Omar mentioned they are all backed up with work and my vehicle will be completed in couple hours around 11 or 11:30am, and got a lift home. After five hours of waiting, I decided to call to find out what’s the progress. Finally I got a hold of Omar and he said “ we are wrapping it up, it will be done in an hour” ended taking my vehicle at 4pm. Total of 7 hours for scheduled oil change. Omar failed to be honest to mention the status of my service. Kept me waiting and wasted my day for his negligence and lack of customer service. Omar did not gave me a copy of my receipt for the service, not an apology for taking that long for an oil change, I got nothing. This is the service that BMW offers. Unacceptable and you all should be embarrassed. More

I called and emailed in mid August because nobody ever followed up with me to give me a status update. The salesman said the order must have been misplaced or something happened that he wasn't sure of. No apology or offer to make it right other than asking me to put together another build, which I'm obviously not going to do with that dealership. More
