I brought my car in for service because I had an oil leak and it was running rough. They did $2,200 worth of work and when I got it back it was still running rough within a week and still had an oil leak. and it was running rough. When I took it back they told me I needed more than $10K worth of add'l work...I was NOT happy!!! More

One disappointment, however, was that I requested my car be washed after service and was assured it would be done, but it was not. Apparently, there is no Car Wash facility at your temporary location and an outside service was either not considered or forgotten. More
