We brought in our X3 for regular maintenance and Manuel provided excellent service. He inspected our car and informed us we needed new tires. We weren’t prepared to leave our car overnight so he was able to secure a loaner while our car was being serviced. I had a flat tire & contacted the new Carlsbad site which was difficult to do because the phone system is not good yet. It is the last dealer & the phone service is not good yet. The run tire that was installed looks like it went through a rough move from Encinitas. Keith Sherman is a Service adviser from Encinitas & did an excellent job checking the tires & a complete check of my I-3.. When I bring the car for the yearly checkup, I will need another that shows wear but will be good until the November Yearly Service. I was happy to see Keith Sherman there directing service. He was able to get my car done in a few hours! Excellent same day service! More

My Service Advisor was great! Extremely knowledgeable about my BMW- I took my car in for a recall issue - My car arrived with no issues and was running great - after leaving my Extremely knowledgeable about my BMW- I took my car in for a recall issue - My car arrived with no issues and was running great - after leaving my car was smoking from front I pull over n smoke from where your technician did not tighten any bolts and there was water by my oil cap- and oil all over the engine compartment, I called the dealership no answer, I did text the service advisor- yet I have yet to hear back . I dropped my car off at home n have not driven it since. I was also very disappointed with this dealership as normally any other BMW Dealership will wash your car when they work on it- mine wasn’t washed- disappointing to me. I understand things can get hectic and sometimes rushed- yet I just wish they would have taken a little more consideration. Thank you More
