We brought in our X3 for regular maintenance and Manuel provided excellent service. He inspected our car and informed us we needed new tires. We weren’t prepared to leave our car overnight so he was able to secure a loaner while our car was being serviced. I had a flat tire & contacted the new Carlsbad site which was difficult to do because the phone system is not good yet. It is the last dealer & the phone service is not good yet. The run tire that was installed looks like it went through a rough move from Encinitas. Keith Sherman is a Service adviser from Encinitas & did an excellent job checking the tires & a complete check of my I-3.. When I bring the car for the yearly checkup, I will need another that shows wear but will be good until the November Yearly Service. I was happy to see Keith Sherman there directing service. He was able to get my car done in a few hours! Excellent same day service! More

Do yourself a favor: There are many other BMW dealerships out there. Don't buy from this dealership, period! Bought a new X7 about two months ago. The dealership lost the spare key and so far was unable t out there. Don't buy from this dealership, period! Bought a new X7 about two months ago. The dealership lost the spare key and so far was unable to find/send one. Different people tell different stories about a booked service never delivered. Very chaotic management. Worst of all, the rep did not reply to calls and texts. A very dishonest dealership. Will file a complaint with the CA state government. More
