I went in for a Alignment. Dropped my car off at 8:30 in the morning. I called at 4 and found out my car was not touched and the Service person who told me it would be done by Dropped my car off at 8:30 in the morning. I called at 4 and found out my car was not touched and the Service person who told me it would be done by noon, Keith Sherman did not call. I had to called and he did not answer nor return my call. I drove to carlsbad at 5:00 and he said it should be done by 5:30 sat until 6:00 and I was the only one in the waiting room. He did not apolgize for not returning my call or why the car took 9 hours to do a 45 min job at the most. Avoid the new service center and if you have to go aviod Keith. More

He greeted me right away, asked all the right questions to hone in on the best vehicle for me, was technically savvy (he knows these cars!), patient through the process and willing to do whatever necessary to make me feel confident in my purchase. He took the time to demonstrate and explain multiple features of the vehicle and followed up after I got home to make sure I knew he was still available any time to explain how anything worked. Even with the financing process, the time was shorter than any other car purchase I’ve had which I was grateful for. I bought a high-end BMW from BMW Carlsbad and requested it to be shipped to the east coast. In short, this was the most difficult, tedious and stressful car buying experience I've ever had.
