Our sales person, Frederick, was great but dealing with anyone else has been a headache. Updating my initial review. My only initial complaint was how long it took. Since then other issues have surfaced. They all revolve around the extended service contract. This was offered to me at a huge discount if I purchased it on the same day. Was also told I could cancel it within 30 days with a single phone call. That turned out to be incorrect. The phone number I was given appears to be a number that tells you the call volume is high and you are tenth in line. Leave a call back number and a rep will call you back shortly. No matter when l called I got the same message. Left callback number multiple times and never received a call back. Also spoke with someone in finance who stated they would put in the necessary form for me since we were not having any success. I called back several days later for a status and left a message. Nothing. Sent a text. Nothing. Found the on-line cancellation form and sent to the company and dealership per instructions. Nothing. Left a message with the salesman who had stated if I needed anything, give him a call. Still nothing. So basically, once they have your money, you’re on your own and they will ghost you. Not the experience I expected based on how they talked up customer for life. More
