He greeted me right away, asked all the right questions to hone in on the best vehicle for me, was technically savvy (he knows these cars!), patient through the process and willing to do whatever necessary to make me feel confident in my purchase. He took the time to demonstrate and explain multiple features of the vehicle and followed up after I got home to make sure I knew he was still available any time to explain how anything worked. Even with the financing process, the time was shorter than any other car purchase I’ve had which I was grateful for. I was dealing with multiple people, with lots of confusion, lack of clarity on their process and timing and became a full time job by me to get this group to follow-through. It took me reaching out to their GM to get this corrected (who stepped in and made things happen). I would avoid this dealer. More
