Not only did the staff replace the tire they got it back to us so we could head home after the services. They truly made a terrible situation tolerable. Thank you so much!!! More
People are usually nice when I have to go in for any service. They really know how to take care of their customers. Just wish I could get a call from them. I highly recommend this dealership. I appreciate you guys getting my car back up and running. It put my faith back into buying the BMW when the motor blew 3 weeks after owning it. The only thing I can complain about is that my service writer told me we were waiting on an approval for a new motor but one day I just got a call saying it was ready. They decided to just replace some parts in the motor and I wish I would’ve known what was going on with an update that they weren’t waiting on the approval of a new motor and instead was going to try and fix the problem when the service writer told me that the motor was shot. More
Went here for my first service appointment. The overall service was poor and did not compare well to other non-luxury brands. Intake and pickup were really slow and the service advisor did not help me troubleshoot the initial issue, basically telling me to call BMW over the phone and ask them instead — Additionally you had to hunt for the service advisor and the rest of the staff weren't helpful in helping you intake or retrieve the car. I do not recommend this service center at this time - The issue has not been resolved and wasted at least two hours during intake and retrieval. More
I live in FL. I purchased a car 10+ days ago (7/30/20223) from this dealership. The car was transported to me from California to Florida on 8/5/23. Today I still have no way to drive the car because my paperwork was never sent to Prestige DMV yet. So I have car sitting at my house that is useless with NO REGISTRATION. The whole experiencer has been a disaster at best. I really wish I bought a different car that was available in TX. No one at this dealership has taken reins to make this situation right. These guys should not be selling cars on the internet as they logistically are not set up to do right by the customer. I'm giving this one more day and then I'm shipping the car back to them and retaining an attorney. The communication from this sales person, 3rd party DMV company, and everyone else I've had to deal with had been subpar. At this point I have asked for the manufacturers statement of origin or the certificate of origin overnighted to FL. Tax Collector and that I would take care of this myself, no response.... I have bought 4-mercedes, 2-Bmw, 1-Lamborghini, 1-Porsche, and 1- Bentley in the past 3 years in my name and my company's name and I have never had an experience like this before. This has been a nightmare to say the least. More
