I bought a used vehicle from the dealership. Salesperson was good. There were issues with the car that were agreed to to be fixed. I purchased my car on June 12th. The sale was straightforward no issues. Salesman was good, attentive. During the sale I forgot to retrieve my trade in vehicle plates. I called the salesman the next day and he said it was too late to retrieve the plate and that there was no way of getting them back. I left the country in August for a month and assumed my plates would be delivered when I returned. Long story short I have not received plates for a vehicle that bought over 4 months ago. When speaking to a sales supervisor I was told I could still drive the car with expired plates because DMV was backed up. I’ve reached out numerous times and haven’t gotten any further information. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this place. More

I purchased a used BMW from BMW of Carlsbad 3 months ago and I still don't have my license plates. The temporary registration expired 2 days ago and I can't drive the car with expired registration.
