Steve in the finance department was extremely helpful with the online application process. Their porter, Ugo, drove the nearly 150 miles to deliver our new, beautiful X5 to our home and drove our lease return back to Carlsbad. Ugo went over all the car’s features, connected our phones, and even programmed our garage door opener to the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. BMW of Carlsbad will be our first call when we are in need of our next BMW. More

I purchased my car on June 12th. The sale was straightforward no issues. Salesman was good, attentive. During the sale I forgot to retrieve my trade in vehicle plates. I called the salesman the next day and he said it was too late to retrieve the plate and that there was no way of getting them back. I left the country in August for a month and assumed my plates would be delivered when I returned. Long story short I have not received plates for a vehicle that bought over 4 months ago. When speaking to a sales supervisor I was told I could still drive the car with expired plates because DMV was backed up. I’ve reached out numerous times and haven’t gotten any further information. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this place. More
