I August 2023 I bought a new BMW M5 competition from BMW Vista just days before they closed and moved to Carlsbad. I paid for window tinting but they said they could not come to my house as promised so I r Vista just days before they closed and moved to Carlsbad. I paid for window tinting but they said they could not come to my house as promised so I requested a refund of the $499 I paid for the service. I have made at least 10 calls to BMW Carlsbad including to the sales manager, the general manager and to Salvatore my finance contact and they either ignore me or don't call back. This is a very bad way to treat a buyer of an very expensive car and given this record I would never recommend to buy a car from this dealer. More

My wife and I purchased a used car from BMW of Carlsbad on 11/27/23 after much searching online. I spoke with Rebecca over the phone and she made an appointment for us with Demetrio for the same afternoon. on 11/27/23 after much searching online. I spoke with Rebecca over the phone and she made an appointment for us with Demetrio for the same afternoon. Demetrio brought the car to the front of the store where we could easily view and check it out. Everything was to our liking so we took it out for a test drive, returned to the store and then had the most professional experience interacting with Demetrio. He was a wealth of knowledge and answered all of our questions relating to the vehicle, the dealership, warranty information, etc.. I bought my first new car November, 1955 and have bought many cars since, but this had to be the best car shopping/buying experience ever. No pressure, no lying, very courteous, and caring from start to finish. We both recommend BMW of Carlsbad and "DEMETRIO TRUJILLO" if you want to be well taken care of! Wayne & Jan Read less More

KEITH IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS EXCELLENT. HE HAS ALWAYS KEPT ME WELL INFORMED. THE MECHANIC WORKING ON MY CAR, AS WELL, SENT ME AN E-MAIL WITH A VIDEO AND UPDATES AS TO WHAT PROCEDURES NEED HE HAS ALWAYS KEPT ME WELL INFORMED.
