Showed up for a 10am appoint, 35 minutes later no one addressed my arrival. Had to track down service advisor myself. It took 3 days to complete an oil change, brake fluid, and investigate a washer fluid addressed my arrival. Had to track down service advisor myself. Purchasing a vehicle is a lengthy process but this has been the worst experience. Waited hours to sign paperwork only to have to resign documents via email (then had to call because they had the wrong ema been the worst experience. Came in to have scratched rims fixed and wasn’t informed the appointment would be an all day service. Waited 5 hours and received no update from the service advisor via text when I inquired about the length of time. Called in to request a loaner after I found out the service would take all day and then 15 minutes later the car was ready. Finally an additional signature was required and was requested to come back to the office. Having been here Friday already for several hours that could have been taken care of then, but was not informed until the weekend. Overall poor customer service from luxury brand, I’ve had better service at Toyota and Honda. More

Finance Department, as one would expect, was a slightly different level of stress, with warranty, maintenance , etc! But we got it done in a satisfying, pleasant manner! My beautiful car was delivered next day by the kindest young Driver who was eager to help me with connecting the car to AirPlay, etc. After the purchase was completed, Frederick kept on following up with his commitment to resolve a tiny dent issue which should be in the next days! So, in short, Frederick deserves my highest ratings! Sales. Job well done! More

We drove over 250 miles to purchase a Honda Passport that "supposedly" according to the carfax had only minor damage to the front bumper. We drove it home and heard creaking noises from the front suspen that "supposedly" according to the carfax had only minor damage to the front bumper. We drove it home and heard creaking noises from the front suspension so I took it to my local mechanic. Upon inspection, he advised me not even to drive it home as the wheel bearing in the front passenger side was totally worn out. This was a "certified car" at the BMW dealership. Upon closer inspection there was no VIN sticker on the driver door jam. I spent 45 years selling cars mostly Mercedes Benz and never say a vehicle with no Vin sticker. I spent over a week trying to get them to take the car back. Finally called a friend who worked for Auto Nation who owns the store and then I was able to get them to agree to send a transport to get the car as I advised them if I tried to drive it back and crashes they would be liable. They had the car for over a week and after multiple calls finally provided my refund. There are thousands of dealers who are easily a better choice. Choose one of them!! More
