Visited BMW of Carlsbad/Encinitas for service a handful of times over two years. I try to avoid this service department at all costs. Our experience is negative each time we visit for service. First, th of times over two years. I try to avoid this service department at all costs. Our experience is negative each time we visit for service. First, there are around 20 cars in the intake area with an equal number of customers wandering around waiting for help. The intake process is disorganized and there is no customer care. The service advisors are not really very helpful or caring. Loaners are never available. Plus all of the other customers here are just a lot to deal with - the typical BMW owner attitude that is unjustified. The prices are very high for all services. We purchased our BMW new from BMW of Pleasanton and were always very impressed with the service department there. We are considering selling our BMW just so that we do not need to deal with BMW of Carlsbad/Encinitas. The BMW dealer up the road in Irvine is immeasurably better, but it is just too far away. More

I really love how attentive this dealership is, from the moment you walk in the door to the minute you exit. This is a beautiful new dealership building and there is a coffee station and a relaxing place t moment you walk in the door to the minute you exit.
