We drove over 250 miles to purchase a Honda Passport that "supposedly" according to the carfax had only minor damage to the front bumper. We drove it home and heard creaking noises from the front suspension so I took it to my local mechanic. Upon inspection, he advised me not even to drive it home as the wheel bearing in the front passenger side was totally worn out. This was a "certified car" at the BMW dealership. Upon closer inspection there was no VIN sticker on the driver door jam. I spent 45 years selling cars mostly Mercedes Benz and never say a vehicle with no Vin sticker. I spent over a week trying to get them to take the car back. Finally called a friend who worked for Auto Nation who owns the store and then I was able to get them to agree to send a transport to get the car as I advised them if I tried to drive it back and crashes they would be liable. They had the car for over a week and after multiple calls finally provided my refund. There are thousands of dealers who are easily a better choice. Choose one of them!! More
I recently had a phone call with a sales representative named Peter Greenberg from, and I must say that my experience was less than satisfactory. While I appreciated the time and effort Peter put into explaining the benefits of the product, I ultimately had to decline the offer due to the high cost not fitting into my monthly budget. What truly disappointed me was Peter's reaction when I informed him that the monthly payment was not feasible for me. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he abruptly hung up on me while I was in the midst of thanking him for his effort and patience. To make matters worse, I had recorded the entire conversation, which only highlighted his unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend dealing with Peter Greenberg based on this experience. Customer service should be a top priority, and unfortunately, Peter fell short in this regard. More

I just recently purchased a 2022 M240i from out of state from this dealer because they’re hard to find in Arizona. I’ll start with the car: love it. Low mileage, great condition, great price. Checks all the boxes and really the main reason I’m giving the 3 stars. As for the buying experience….to put it nicely, there is room for improvement and this is where they’re losing stars. I understand as an out of state purchase the process is more complicated, but I feel like my purchase was just not handled very well throughout the process. My salesman, Michael Torres, actually did as good of a job as he could but the rest of the departments such as financing and whatnot just seemed to drop the ball. First things first, they took well over a week to send the physical copy of the contract to a partner dealer in Arizona for me to sign. It was supposedly overnighted on a Wednesday, but when I showed up on Thursday it was not there. Found out it actually hadn’t been sent until that morning on Thursday. Got that signed by Saturday and sent back. At that point was told shipping should happen early next week either Monday or Tuesday. The vehicle was not shipped until that following Friday and I did not receive it until that Sunday. Both of these delays with the contract and shipping required ME to reach out multiple times before getting an update. Furthermore, being an out of state purchase and my first of the kind, I repeatedly asked throughout the process how the registration in Arizona would work for the vehicle. I was told three different things until finally today on 3/28, four days after receiving the vehicle and driving with no plates, I was finally told that they don’t issue temporary plates for out of state which is understandable, and that they’d be mailed. It is my responsibility to secure temporary registration. That’s all well and good but this should be something told to the buyer BEFORE receiving the vehicle so that I could have that sorted before and have it ready so I’m not driving without tags for almost a week. Overall, I’m just not very happy with the process and I can’t recommend this dealer especially not for an out of state purchase. The car itself is exactly what I wanted, but the lack of communication and urgency throughout the process was very frustrating. More
