My husband and I were in the market for several cars, and did not want to "play the desk" and fiddle with numbers like other dealers did (Toyota, Nissan, Lexus, Runnin to Bunnin). There were no games with Chris, the car I wanted was the car I was shown, and best of all Chris and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional... no games! I left the dealership already knowing I would purchase from Steve Thomas, but had to be sure my husband felt the same. He helped me get a fair deal on the car without having to go through hours of negotiations. In little over 2 hours, I had made a deal, completed the financing and drove off in the new car. Thought I would take a minute to say something great about a dealership that has truly earned it. Several years back, my husband and I were ready to buy our first really nice car and after visiting other dealerships with a pit in our stomach, we cautiously entered Steve Thomas BMW. I had wanted another vehicle made by someone else but didn't feel comfortable with the differentials between what I heard that BMW and Steve Thomas offered compared to the lack thereof of what everyone else offered in regard to service warranties. We have now purchased our fifth car from a guy named Ryan Amico. Now married with little ones, Ryan remains a down to earth, patient guy who always answers our meticulously scrutinizing questions and makes it clear to drop by and re-fill his ears with whatever we need to. The craziest part is, that Travis, (the guy who helps you with parts repair), in the service department, is just as cool and absolutely on it! He is definitely eating his Wheaties. Travis has a vehicle for me when I get serviced etc... and he has even conferred with dealers to help make sure I'm getting a fair shake when I'm out of town. Recently, there's been a ton of talk about the lack of customer service in all areas, some say it may not even exist anymore, I 'd have to say I can't 100% disagree, but that being said, in light of hope, I'm leaving this note to share there is still someone who cares at Steve Thomas BMW:) More
