This dealership is A++. Personable service, no nonsense, no high pressure, bait and switch, etcetc. This is already saying a lot. Ryan Amico was my main salesperson: He was knowledgeable, listened to all my concerns and tried to help me reason out from a buyers perspective with all her doubts, questions, fears and life priorities in mind. He was patient even on Friday evenings, seriously fast with his replies and savvy with the internet, and answered every question I had which made it easier for me to make a firm decision on my purchase. I also liked the feeling of a tight family owned dealership that runs on some integrity, good service and pride (so was the image and they proved the stereotype). Kwinn was excellent too. His straightforward and street-wise style goes well with me. They both took care of me well and covered each other when one was not present. A++ Highly recommended by me. More
Ryan Amico was absolutely fabulous, I drove quite a ways to get out to Camarillo, all the way from Manhattan Beach and it was worth every ounce of gas. I had visited at least 6 L.A. based BMW dealerships b to get out to Camarillo, all the way from Manhattan Beach and it was worth every ounce of gas. I had visited at least 6 L.A. based BMW dealerships before this and was either met with aloofness, rudeness, or someone who really wasn't interested in working out a good deal. Most salesmen were pushy, needy, and straight up liars. Also the prices other Los Angeles based dealership were asking for used 2008 335i's were a little absurd. I got a supreme all black 335i w/ black rims, sports/ premium package and loww mileage for a really great bargain. It was my first time purchasing a car in this class and Ryan could feel I was a little nervous about the whole endeavor, he knew i had done my research and took me aside in a classy way and kept me assured and relaxed. He was a salesmen I really felt very comfortable with, a true talent in sales. Ultimately, Ryan and I negotiated down to a price we were both comfortable with, (something most LA dealers would NOT do) and we both left the sales room quite happy. He also worked with my finances to get a great low APR that was difficult to pull off at other dealerships. Overall, I really can't imagine ever going to another dealership, and when it comes time for friends, family, or I to purchase a new vehicle, I will definitely steer them clear of the other culprits and send them straight away to Ryan Amico at Steve Thomas BMW. Also, Steve Thomas came in and greeted my friend and I with a couple poker chips (his personal kind of business card) and gave us a warm welcome. What a classy place :-) More

When shopping for an M3 here in Florida, I never imagined that I would buy it over the phone from a dealership across the country. However, that is exactly what I just did, and I couldn’t be happier. After receiving an exceptional deal from Ryan, he seamlessly walked me through the entire car buying process over just a couple emails and phone conversations. Ryan set up my European Delivery in Munich and my redelivery at the BMW Performance Center in Spartanburg, SC. This was the best car buying experience of my life, and I’m already looking forward to calling Ryan again for next time. We bought 3 cars from Steve Thomas and never had a good service experience. They never had a loaner for us and were actually rude about it as if we were asking for the impossible. We do not live in Camarillo so we needed some way to get to work (in Ventura and Ojai), and we always had to rely on someone to drive us to Camarillo to leave or pick up our car. When we went to buy a 4th car it was obvious that they were not interested in our business, so we went to Bob Smith and have been treated unbelievably well there. We always have a loaner and are given the courtesy that should be offered to all good customers. My friend also had a terrible experience with Steve Thomas and we are quite willing to drive the extra distance to be served well. More
I accompanied my son on his BMW Welt Euro Delivery and ultimate delivery at Steve Thomas BMW on his 'sweet' M3. It was arranged and coordinated by Ryan Amico; whom I met when we picked up the M3 (yesterda ultimate delivery at Steve Thomas BMW on his 'sweet' M3. It was arranged and coordinated by Ryan Amico; whom I met when we picked up the M3 (yesterday) at the dealership after it's ocean journey. I wasn't involved w/ the actual sales portion but I tell you from son's accounting and meeting Ryan that he is a 'stand-up' guy and a pleasure to do business with. If I was in the market for a BMW I would not hesitate doing business w/ Ryan. Thanks Ryan for making Terry's experience a great one. More
They ordered the wrong car the first time. It took more then three months to get the right car. Dealer could care less. This was our third BMW through Steve Thomas in 5years. This time we picked the car up with only a half a tank of gas. We felt like we were at a Kia dealer. Service department is outdated, If you stay with you car you will not be able to get any work done. They have no Wifi. And bottled water or coffee will cost you $1.50 out of a machine. Take my advice and check out Bom Smith BMW or Rusnak . More
No loaners even though if you buy a car from them you are promised to be given a loaner when you service the car. Shuttle service works 7am - 12:30pm. The cars are usually done after 4pm. Service area has a coffee machine - customer has to pay for coffee if he wants a cup. There are two cramped couches in the service area: waiting for your car to be done sitting on those couches will be a pain. On top of the no free coffee, there are no snacks. Service writers behave as if they are doing you a favor taking your car in for service. They find many reasons not to do things: they wouldn't replace the high pressure fuel pump before the official recall was issued by the BMW, even though, at the time, the problem was well known and BMW recommended the replacement. Thus, while the buying from Steve Thomas can be a great experience, servicing your car there makes you feel as if you bought a Kia and not the ultimate driving machine. More

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ryan was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and giving me several options to consider, pointing out the pros and cons of each. Ryan kept me entertained, informed, and worked to help me relax and laugh through what many people call one of the most stressful experiences they have to endure.... This was not stressful- it was fun! And very efficient! I was in an out in about 2 hours. The level of knowledge and service was the best I had found after visiting several dealerships. I felt like I got a very reasonable price and my comfort level with the transaction was so high- I ha not am ounce of buyer's remorse the next day. This dealership is 60 miles from my house and I will take my car there to be serviced, etc. beause everyone I encountered at Steve Thomas was very friendly and helpful and I'm confident the service will extend to their service department as well. Highly recommend! More
