This dealership is very friendly so long as you are not complaining or asking for anything from them. I serviced my BMW with Steve Thomas for several years without incident. I complained about the incident and lack of care regarding my service visit. They merely said sorry without offering any refund or even accepting responsibility. I complained further and they told me to take my business to another dealer if I did not like their work. So I did. Bottom line: if you pay them and keep your mouth shut, all is good. I obtained a small claims judgment against BMW and Steve Thomas BMW. When they failed to pay the judgment I faxed letters to avoid going back to Court. Steve Thomas himself called me and threatened me that if I sent him another fax (even though he owed me money and would not pay) that he would sue me for harassment. He then mocked me by saying that if I really needed the money that he woud loan it to me. The whole telephone call he had me on speakerphone with others in his office and everyone was laughing and having a good time at the show Mr. Thomas was putting on. What a class act! Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
