Erik Schroeder was my initial contact. He was flexible and willing to work with me to ensure that both sides got an equitable deal. The day I went to pick up my car, I came in earlier than expected and to make sure I didn't have to wait he helped out his staff in prepping the car. That was above and beyond my expectations and truly appreciated. Though I never met Chris Knutson, he answered all of my questions over the phone. This took place towards closing time and never once did I feel rushed. His answers were very thorough and value added. He had already had the car brought up to side of the show room and ready for me to look at and test drive. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle and shared his own personal experiences with his vehicles. Throughout the whole process, he made me feel comfortable about the decision to purchase the vehicle. I wasn't able to get the car that evening and returned the next day with my parents. He went over the entire car again for their benefit. My parents were impressed with him as well. I never felt pressured by him in any way. He truly cared about my needs and concerns. I have bought multiple cars before and have never received the treatment I did at Steve Thomas. Every employee I met was very friendly, courteous and professional from the sales staff, financing and service staff. The day after purchasing the car, I received an email from Ryan wanting to know if everything was ok with the car. I had never received a follow up email or call from any other dealership before so I was very surprised by his. A few days later, I stopped by the dealership again to pick up an owner's manual.
