Call them to purchases the used car, after my call they race internet price by $5000. Anyway, i agreed to purchase the car. They supposed to send me the paperwork to wire the money. Took my 320i in to have the tires replaced battery replacement and reprogram battery, oil change etc. I went over the tires with the service writer letting him know that I wanted the same tires that replacement and reprogram battery, oil change etc. I went over the tires with the service writer letting him know that I wanted the same tires that were on the car when I purchased it from this dealership, which I stated that I want the same tires that are on it which were pirelli Runflats 225/50 R 17 W they put on v rated, not what I asked for, I was told that if you change the weight of the tires you have to reset the suspension well it does a bit of float on the front end, They power washed my 2016 8 year old 320 I sedan dual turbo, my head light in the front driver side is full off water they stated they power washed the c,aar so now waiting to here back on what they plan to do. the tps was not set on the the computer screen made excuses for water in the headlight, they said it would go away, NOT! the headlight needs to be fixed it is was not like that before. the rubber on all the lamps are like new. More
I purchased a couple of cosmetic parts for my BMW Z4. I received a phone call to inform me that the parts had arrived. When I went to pick them up, I inquired from the service dept. about installing on I received a phone call to inform me that the parts had arrived. When I went to pick them up, I inquired from the service dept. about installing one of them. Without hesitation, Tanner, service rep, went to my vehicle and was able to complete the installation in 15 minutes and sent me on my way! What a wonderful young man and a great spokesperson for Steve Thomas dealership! More

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. When you purchase a BMW from Steve Thomas BMW and you drive the car off their lot, if you EVER have a PROBLEM, they will NEVER HELP YOU. They have bad customer service!!! The service manager is so rude. Will never take my car here. They did not even service my bmw correctly. I had to take it to another bmw to have serviced. SUCH A SHAME ON THIS DEALER AND THE OWNER OF STEVE THOMAS BMW! Here is my story: I have been visiting and servicing my cars at this place since I own a local business near by, I had a call from their sales rep asking me to bring in my existing BMW so they would buy it from me and give me cash on top of it. Then they would exchange me for another some car and same price. I decided to take the his advise and went to them. His manager quickly turned around and said there is no cash on top of it - I said fine. Then they played the game that the car I had to get the same one was not in stock so they had to order it and asked for me to pay deposit of $2,000 - I said fine. Then, they said the car i was ordering was not able to order because allocation was closed so they asked me to wait another 4-8 weeks - I said FINE!!!! - but for sure this time get me a car!!! After 6 weeks later, same sales guy calls me and says if I was ready to talk about lease payments… so he transferred me to his manager… and guess what…… he quotes me for 60% more payment that I was paying for the car I turned in to them!!!!?????? A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!! - shame on you!!!! You had me waiting for such long to take advantage of time that I didn’t had a car, and you really though I would agree paying me 60% more!?????? Why you didn’t tell me about it when you were taking car as a trade in???? More
The Service department completely ripped me off, I was told I need to purchase a new key fob because the spare couldn't be programmed after I mis-placed my original. I allowed them to order one, $744 late told I need to purchase a new key fob because the spare couldn't be programmed after I mis-placed my original. I allowed them to order one, $744 later the key fob did not work and I was told I need a new ignition cylinder at $2000, Found my original key and it worked fine without issue. Service manager refused to reimburse me for the key they sold me that DID NOT WORK. Travis (service manager) laughed at me and said "you're not getting your money back, sometimes they don't work" More
