The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. When you purchase a BMW from Steve Thomas BMW and you drive the car off their lot, if you EVER have a PROBLEM, they will NEVER HELP YOU. They have bad customer service!!! The service manager is so rude. Will never take my car here. They did not even service my bmw correctly. I had to take it to another bmw to have serviced. SUCH A SHAME ON THIS DEALER AND THE OWNER OF STEVE THOMAS BMW! Here is my story: I have been visiting and servicing my cars at this place since I own a local business near by, I had a call from their sales rep asking me to bring in my existing BMW so they would buy it from me and give me cash on top of it. Then they would exchange me for another some car and same price. I decided to take the his advise and went to them. His manager quickly turned around and said there is no cash on top of it - I said fine. Then they played the game that the car I had to get the same one was not in stock so they had to order it and asked for me to pay deposit of $2,000 - I said fine. Then, they said the car i was ordering was not able to order because allocation was closed so they asked me to wait another 4-8 weeks - I said FINE!!!! - but for sure this time get me a car!!! After 6 weeks later, same sales guy calls me and says if I was ready to talk about lease payments… so he transferred me to his manager… and guess what…… he quotes me for 60% more payment that I was paying for the car I turned in to them!!!!?????? A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!! - shame on you!!!! You had me waiting for such long to take advantage of time that I didn’t had a car, and you really though I would agree paying me 60% more!?????? Why you didn’t tell me about it when you were taking car as a trade in???? More
The Service department completely ripped me off, I was told I need to purchase a new key fob because the spare couldn't be programmed after I mis-placed my original. I allowed them to order one, $744 late told I need to purchase a new key fob because the spare couldn't be programmed after I mis-placed my original. I allowed them to order one, $744 later the key fob did not work and I was told I need a new ignition cylinder at $2000, Found my original key and it worked fine without issue. Service manager refused to reimburse me for the key they sold me that DID NOT WORK. Travis (service manager) laughed at me and said "you're not getting your money back, sometimes they don't work" More

However, in an area that many dread in other dealerships, service, our personal service advisor welcomes us and renders the entire experience one to look forward to, Warren Matsui. Each service visit not only lacks any disappointment, but Warren treats us to another surprising level of exceptional service. Finally, Steve Thomas himself welcomes us a not just valued customers, but as guests in his service business as he wants to hear of the performance of his dealetship while entertaining us with stories over distinguished career. We are proud to tell others and relate to you that we are not as much BMW customers as we are Steve Thomas BMW clients. Thank you our friends and the entire team! More
Due to their unethical business practices it will cost me over $2000 to get my car back to being safe and covered under warranty again. I had a great experience at this dealership 10 years ago and thought over $2000 to get my car back to being safe and covered under warranty again. I had a great experience at this dealership 10 years ago and thought getting a car at a dealer that's further from home would be worth the service provided. I couldn't have been more wrong. They now live up to every negative stereotype about car salesmen. I purchased a certified vehicle with a few issues that the sales team agreed to fix. I scheduled the repair with the service department and brought my car in for the repairs. A week later I picked the car up and to my surprise they replaced the BMW windshield with an aftermarket one thus voiding my warranty on that portion of the car. They did not ask if I was comfortable with aftermarket parts. They just went ahead with an installation of a less safe aftermarket part without advisement or consent. I spoke with the sales team who sold me the car, Kwinn and Andrew who said the glass is of equal quality. The friendly service department at their dealership and at other dealerships do not agree that aftermarket is the same quality as OEM. I have been advised that I have to pay out of pocket if I want the correct safety glass and warranty coverage back on my vehicle. More
Sold me an unsafe BMW! If I had taken a test drive it could have killed me. Steering unsafe and tires had major dry rot - they were about to blow! Had car shipped to me trusting in Steve Thomas BMW to be honest in description and driveability of car - they were not and when I took car for registration inspection my BMW shop would not pass it. (rightly so it seems) Cost me over $6000 just to get it road worthy and Steve Thomas were not interested in helping at all when I asked. Oh, and that excludes the other exhaust and wet interior issues - surprise?! Dangerous rip off tactics one expects from a low life back street car dealer. Shame there is not a minus Star rating - it’s not the money but the fact the condition of the car’s safety could have killed me. More
Worst experience!! Paid 5k and I stalled driving it from "being fixed" 3 tows later it was what I originally asked to be fixed. They don't listen. Don't communicate and just give lip service.
