BMW replacement We currently have a BMW 328i that is coming of lease. We worked with Alex Upshur to explore our options. Alex was very informative and orofessional. He presented us with all our options, including the BMW MSD program. Ultimately we made the decision on a 2015 demo at another dealership, that was not an option from Suburban. He was easy to work with with a no pressure, honest, and down to earth style. His follow up was excellent with phone calls and emails, answering all our questions, but was not pushy. My wife commented several times how she had a good buying experience. Highly recommended. There are other BMW dealerships closer to me, but I actually drive an hour just to get here because I know I'm in good hands, and I trust the staff to take good care of me. The Sales Team is very polite, but also very knowledgeable about their vehicles. You don't get the sense that they are trying to pull one over on you, or that they are making things up because they don't know. They know these vehicles inside and out, and they're not afraid to prove it. The Service Team does an excellent job as well. The few times I've had my vehicle serviced, they've accommodated me in every way, shape and form. The service is always done in a timely manner, they're more than fair with their prices, and they provide excellent communication during the process so you know how your vehicle is doing, every step of the way. Most importantly, I've never felt cheated. Not once have I felt that they were trying to screw me, which is something everyone had heard horror stories about. They are very honest, and conduct themselves with the utmost integrity. More

Alex was not only polite, but he was incredibly knowledgeable about their vehicles as well. I do a lot of research before I even visit a dealership, so more often than not, I know more about the vehicle I'm interested in than the people selling me the car. In this instance however, Alex was the exception to the rule. He knew the vehicle inside and out, and showed me things I was completely oblivious to. Alex was also very accommodating to my schedule, and my budget. Buying a car can be a painful, confusing roller coaster full of anxiety and anguish, but Alex at BMW of Ann Arbor made it fun and easy. I will definitely be back in the future, and would recommend him to ANYONE looking for their next car. More
