I've worked with David on 5 of the 7 cares and I've found him to always been fair and reasonable. I have a good understanding the economics of leasing , and David has provided me with all teh info require dto make a decison ie:residual, money factor, actual cost. Mark has usally gone through the delivery of the cars and I'm found him to be exccelenat at explaing the features from model to model. Rora is new in financial at DW BMW , but was well organaized and wasn't high pressure with the usual warranty add ons. More
